  • 目的:探讨听障儿童人工耳蜗植入术后的康复效果及影响因素。方法从言语识别率、语言年龄、CAP、SIR四个维度对238名听障儿童人工耳蜗植入术后1年的康复效果进行评估。结果①听障儿童手术前、后的言语识别率、语言年龄、CAP和SIR具有极显著差异(P<0.001);②各年龄组的CAP、SIR和言语识别率的康复效果基本一致;各年龄组的语言年龄康复效果与训练时间长短有关;③不同助听听阈的听障儿童言语识别率有显著差异(F=5.56,P<0.01),助听听阈最适组的言语识别率最高,而在语言年龄、CAP和SIR上康复效果差异与训练时间长短有关;④听障儿童手术前、后的言语识别率、语言年龄、CAP与SIR改变量之间皆存显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论听障儿童人工耳蜗植入术后1年的康复效果显著;助听听阈、训练时间是影响康复效果的重要因素。 Objective To explore the rehabilitation effects and influential factors of hearing-impaired children with cochlear implant. Methods To evaluate the rehabilitation effects of 238 hearing-impaired children with one year using of cochlear implants from speech recognition rate, the age of language, CAP and SIR. Results (1)Hearing-impaired children before and after survey have significant difference in the speech recognition rate, the age of language, CAP and SIR(P<0.001). (2)CAP, SIR and speech recognition rate of all age groups show no difference. (3)There is significant difference in speech recognition of cochlear implant children with different hearing-aid threshold(F=5.56, P<0.01). The optimal hearing-aid threshold group after cochlear implants works best. The results of language age, CAP and SIR are related to training period. (4)There is significant positive correlation in speech recognition, language age, CAP and SIR before and after cochlear implant(P<0.01). Conclusion There is significant rehabilitation results of hearing-impaired children with one-year using of cochlear implants. The crucial influential factors of results are hearing-aid threshold and training period.
